The Sun, Moon, And 12 Stars; Planet Convergence On September 23, 2017: The Prophetic Importance

COPYRIGHT WARNING

On the afternoon of Sunday, September 10, 2017, I was taking a break from the writing of a new book that I am trying to finish before September 20, 2017. The reason: about a week ago I realized while writing another book, that there have been many stunning events that have taken place in the past couple of years that have caught my attention. For nearly 42 years I have been studying, writing, lecturing, and teaching the prophecies of the Bible, and more specifically, those of the Messiah, Jesus.

I stopped writing and began to compile information for a new book that chronicles the events of the Great Tribulation. On September 21, 2017, the Feast of Rosh Hashannah or Feast of Trumpets begins. I have taught for years that when Jesus returns for His church at the Rapture, it will likely be during the Feast of Trumpets. Jesus perfectly fulfilled the first four feasts; Passover, Unleavened Bread, First Fruits, and Pentecost, on the precise days and in the specific ways that these feasts must be fulfilled. It is certain that when Jesus return for His church, it will be to continue fulfilling the remaining three Feasts: Trumpets, Atonement, and Tabernacles.

Defense Secretary Mattis Warns North Korea It Risks ‘Total Annihilation’ – LA Times

Sunday, “Defense Secretary James Mattis warned Pyongyang against aggression against the United States or its allies, saying it would trigger a unified world response and what he termed the “total annihilation of a country, namely North Korea.

Many have asked if this crisis with North Korea is reason to be watchful for the return of Jesus Christ. Certainly Jesus intended that those who love Him would be ever watchful for His return, particularly when events are taking place around the world that Jesus said would take place just before He arrived.

The possibility of a global Thermonuclear War would necessitate the intervention of God. There are many prophecies of the Messiah that Jesus must still fulfill which would preclude the event of a war that could destroy most of the people on earth.

The Annihilation of North Korea

COPYRIGHT WARNING

The world has reached a pinnacle of crisis in which the annihilation of North Korea may be imminent. Being that North Korea has repeatedly claimed they have the capacity to launch a nuclear tipped Intercontinental Ballistic Missile at the United States or Guam, and have achieved the capacity to affix a Thermonuclear Device (Hydrogen Bomb) to an ICBM, how does the world know at this point if a missile test is really just a test or is an actual launch of a nuclear tipped ICBM? The answer, is of course, is we do not know. Continue reading “The Annihilation of North Korea”

Living During the Days of Demons and Deception

COPYRIGHT WARNING

But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!  —2 Timothy 3:1-5

We are living during days of unparalleled demonic activity in which the time of Jesus’ return is near and the devil knows that he has but a short time remaining. The Bible describes these days as “perilous.” When Jesus crossed over the Sea of Galilee, He came to a town called Gadara. where he met two men who were possessed by demons.

When Jesus had come to the other side, to the country of the Gergesenes, there met Him two demon-possessed men, coming out of the tombs, exceedingly fierce, so that no one could pass that way.  —Matthew 8:28

The term, “fierce,” used here is translated from the Greek word χαλεπός chalepos. This is the same word that was used by Paul in describing the “perilous” days that will occur just before Jesus returns. The idea here is that people who are alive in the last days before the return of the Lord will be heavily influenced by demons. The Bible speaks of a time when the devil will understand from the scriptures that he will soon be chained in the Abusso and not have access to earth any longer. “These things were written so that you might believe”

How would you feel if you had a son and he went into hostile territory to seek out and save people who would never thank him for what he had done? What would you do if these individuals falsely accused your son of crimes he did not commit and had him arrested, beaten, and executed?¹ What emotions would you feel if your son cried out to you to forgive the men who were torturing your son, and he asked you to not hold these crimes against them?² What would you do to these men, when they treated the love that your son gave to them, as garbage to be thrown out and disregarded?³

We forget that there was a Father who was watching His Son die, as Jesus hung on the cross. God planned this event, before the creation of the universe. The Son wanted to save us and He was willing to take upon Himself, all of our sins. Continue reading “One Gospel: Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, Combined As One Incredible Story”

Jesus Said He Would Come Again: Signs of His Return

COPYRIGHT WARNING

I will come again

Concerning the return of Jesus to the earth, here is what we know for certain: He came before, He promised to come again.

History is replete with many myths. There is no shortage of colorful people who have made grandiose claims over the years of recorded history. There are many critics of the Bible today who claim that Jesus is a fictitious person who never existed. When we examine the actual facts of antiquity, we find that Jesus not only existed and is a genuine person, history has left us a tremendous amount of proof for His existence. The detailed records of the Roman Senate, as well as the Jewish Talmud, both contain specific references to Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified under Pontius Pilate. These records are not complimentary nor sympathetic parties, but adversarial and hostile witnesses who describe Him as a false prophet, disrupter of the peace, and the cause of great uprising in Palestine during that period of history. The Romans and the Jews had no desire to preserve any record of Jesus life or death, yet this is precisely what they accomplished by their antagonistic comments in their preserved documents.

The records of the Romans and the Jews, both reveal that Jesus was in Palestine during the same time period of time that the New Testament narrative also places Him there.

There is no mistake, Jesus is a real person of history and He was in Israel in 32 A.D.

Near the end of His ministry, Jesus promised His followers that He would come again when everything was ready. There were many events of world history that needed to take place first, before He could return. When theses things were completed, He said that He would come again.

I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. —John 14:2-3

Part of the problem in our understanding of the correct timing for Jesus return, has to do with our lack of information regarding the specifics of the Rapture. We simply do not know how much time will take place between the promise of Jesus arrival for His church in 1 Thessalonians, chapter 4, and the fulfillment of that promise. This is a common difficulty in interpreting all of the major prophecies of the Bible. Continue reading “Jesus Said He Would Come Again: Signs of His Return”

A Lack of Respect for the Word of God: A Sign of Jesus Return

COPYRIGHT WARINING

Your word above your name

This morning, I was watching the Festival of Families service in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with Pope Frances. Mark Wahlberg was at the podium to introduce Herbert Lusk, famous running back for the Eagles, 1976-1978. On October 9, 1977, Mr. Lusk was the first NFL player to kneel at the end zone after a touchdown and pray. Now pastor Herbert Lusk of the Greater Exodus Baptist Church since 1982, he picked up his Bible and began to read the words of Jesus from the Gospel of Luke, chapter 15, regarding the Prodigal Son.

As Mr. Wahlberg left the podium, he cried out: “Go Eagles.”

Forgetting that he had just told us that God’s word would be spoken, Mr. Wahlberg instead exalted a football team, above the words of the One True God.

Pastor Lusk began to read the Words of Jesus, and by the end of the first sentence, Fox News interrupted the reading of God’s word to break for a commercial.

Fox News, chose their commercial interests, above a respect for God and His word. Continue reading “A Lack of Respect for the Word of God: A Sign of Jesus Return”

The Seven Year Peace Plan And Rebuilding The Third Temple In Israel

COPYRIGHT WARNING

The beginning of the seven year Tribulation period is marked by a seven year peace plan for Israel, with the surrounding Arab nations and the right to rebuild their temple on the existing Temple Mount. For many years, we have wondered how this would ever be possible with the Al-Aqsa Mosque, Islam’s third holiest site, already occupying this space.

Temple Mount
The Temple Mount. B Represents the Al-Aqsa Mosque, A Where the Third
Temple will be built, just after the Seven Year Tribulation Begins

In the Book of Revelation, John is instructed to measure the Temple that will exist during the seven year Tribulation. He is told to “leave out the court which is outside the temple.” The reason? It has been “given to the Gentiles.”

Then I was given a reed like a measuring rod. And the angel stood, saying, “Rise and measure the temple of God, the altar, and those who worship there. But leave out the court which is outside the temple, and do not measure it, for it has been given to the Gentiles. And they will tread the holy city underfoot for forty-two months. Revelation 11:2

John is told that for the next 42 months the Gentiles will “tread the holy city underfoot.” How could the rebuilding of the Temple be possible, given the current strong opposition by Palestinians to any Jewish occupation of the Temple Mount?

Just prior to the beginning of the Feast of Rosh Hashanah this past Sunday, September 13, Israeli police chased a group of Palestinian youth to the Temple Mount. These young men were believed to be carrying pipe bombs and storing other explosive material at the Muslim mosque. For years, Palestinian leaders have encouraged these young men to harass Jewish worshippers who come to the Temple Mount to pray during Jewish Feast Days. After the incident with Israeli police and the Palestinian youth, there were great objections from Jordan and the Palestinian authority in Israel.

An article from the Jerusalem Post on September 16, Palestinian President, Mahmoud Abbas stated that any occupation by the Jews, on their Muslim holy site, would not be permitted.

“Al-Aksa is ours and so is the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. They have no right to desecrate them with their filthy feet. We won’t allow them to do so and we will do whatever we can to defend Jerusalem.” Continue reading “The Seven Year Peace Plan And Rebuilding The Third Temple In Israel”

Phil Richardson and September 2021 Errors

With the advent of exceptional events that are taking place in September 2015, there are many people who are writing about the return of Jesus and the beginning of the seven year tribulation.

New author, Phil Richardson has made a noble attempt at deciphering the events of September 2015, while missing the fundamental essentials for a good exegesis of the material. Continue reading “Phil Richardson and September 2021 Errors”

Who Is Like The Beast?

COPYRIGHT WARNING

When a new world ruler makes his entrance onto the stage of human life in the last days, he will be unlike any man that has ruled before him. The Book of Revelation describes him as “the beast.” He will so captivate the attention of the world that they will marvel after him.

And all the world marveled and followed the beast…and they worshiped the beast, saying, “Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?” Revelation 13:4

For many years, I have wondered how this could happen. I had not seen a man during my life who had the abilities that are described by John in the 13th chapter of Revelation. That is, until I began to watch Donald Trump on television. Continue reading “Who Is Like The Beast?”
