Revelation 11:7 “When They Finish Their Testimony” Charlie Kirk, A Voice For Jesus In The Last Of The Last Days

Charlie Kirk Presented Us With A Vivid Representation Of God’s Faithful Witness Of Jesus In The Last of the Last Days:

Very often in the Prophecies of the Bible that concern the Last days, there is an earlier and a later fulfillment of the same prophecy. During the seven-year Tribulation, there will be two witnesses who have a limited amount of time to tell the people of Earth about Jesus and the salvation He offers. When the time of their testimony is finished (determined by God), they are killed, and then the judgment of God arrives.

I believe there are many similarities in the testimony that Charlie Kirk gave the world concerning Jesus in these final days before He arrives to remove His church from the Earth and the judgment of the seven-year Tribulation begins. This essay examines these similarities and serves to clarify why Charlie was called to present Jesus to millions of young people around the world, and why his life ended so abruptly.

In the late 60s and early 70s, God sent a great outpouring of the Holy Spirit through many young men who called people into a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. I was one of those young men who heard the message, responded, and dedicated my life to proclaiming the Salvation Jesus offers to the world.

Those of us who were saved more than 50 years ago have prayed and asked the Lord to send another great outpouring of the Holy Spirit to speak to this current generation of young people. God heard that prayer, and He sent Charlie Kirk. Charlie has impacted more young people and brought them into a knowledge of the goodness of God through Jesus Christ than any other person in this generation.

I didn’t fully know or understand the impact that Charlie had until after he was assassinated on Wednesday, September 10, 2025. Since that time, it has become clear to me that Charlie was sent by Jesus into the world of young people to lead them to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, before He arrives to remove His church from Earth.

Millions of young people have turned from their false ideas about God and the Bible to a new awareness of His love, grace, kindness. Jesus has a fervent desire to bring these young people into a knowledge of His love for them, so that they might be saved, before the Tribulation begins. Just as I came into this knowledge of Jesus in 1975 during a former outpouring of God’s Spirit in my generation, today, many millions of young people have also come into a saving knowledge of Jesus through Charlie’s witness.

Why Did God Allow Charlie Kirk To Be Killed At Just 31 Years Old?

Jesus said in John 12:23-24: “I tell you the truth, unless a kernel of wheat is planted in the soil and dies, it remains alone. But its death will produce many new kernels—a plentiful harvest of new lives.”

The Time Of Charlie KIrk’s Death (12:23) Is Described By Jesus

The millions who have come into a knowledge of Jesus through Charlie’s witness of Jesus will now bear the fruit of their salvation at his death. It is often the case that the death of those who love Jesus and tell the world about Him causes a great explosion of salvation all across the Earth.

During the first 250 years after Jesus was crucified, rose from the dead, and ascended back to heaven, ten Roman Emperors executed over five million followers of Jesus, simply because they would not deny that Jesus had risen from the dead.

The Roman Emperors believed that if they allowed the insanity of people who believed that Jesus had risen from the dead to continue, it would erode and destroy all of Roman society. For this reason, the Roman Emperors did not allow Christians, people who believed Jesus rose from the dead, to continue in their belief. What was it that caused so many millions to refuse to deny that Jesus had risen from the dead? The historical eyewitness testimony of the men who had seen Jesus crucified, dead, and then alive.

After these five million were executed for simply believing in Jesus, an explosion took place all over the world, where over 56 percent of all the people in the Roman Empire were believers in Jesus. You can see the details of these events in my essay: “Historical Evidence That Proves The Resurrection Of Jesus.”

Tertullian, an early Church leader, said: “The blood of the martyrs is the seed of the Church.” (Apologeticus, c. A.D. 197, ch. 50)

He wrote these words in response to the millions of people killed for believing in Jesus at the hands of the ten Roman Emperors who executed them.

What Tertullian Meant By His Statement:

  1. Martyrdom as Witness: The Greek word “martyr” means “witness.” When Christians were willing to die rather than renounce Christ, their courage bore witness to the reality of their faith. People who saw them die were often moved to trust in Jesus themselves.
  2. Persecution as Fertile Soil: Like seeds scattered into the ground, the blood of martyrs became the means by which new believers sprang up. Far from extinguishing Jesus’ Church, the Roman execution of people who trusted in Jesus only helped spread knowledge of Him all over the world.
  3. Faith Proved Authentic: The willingness to suffer death contradicted Roman accusations that Christianity was a superstition or fraud. If the testimony about Jesus was just a lie, why would so many give their lives for it? This logic impressed even pagan observers, as noted later by church historians like Eusebius.
  4. Documented By Eyewitness Testimony: Many people have died for a lie, but no great number of people, into the millions, have ever died except by the massive surviving record of historical, eyewitness testimony of the men who saw Jesus killed, then alive over a period of 40 days.
  5. God’s  Sovereignty in Suffering: Tertullian emphasized that what Rome intended for suppression, God used for expansion. The martyrs imitated Christ’s own suffering, and their sacrifice became a continuation of His victory over death.

There is a strange Paradox that exists in the death of the witness of Jesus. Their lives and death in the middle of their testimony about Him represent a paradox where human evil, intended to destroy, instead results in the opposite outcome of God’s blessing and growth of knowledge about Jesus, resulting in the salvation of millions more.

In Revelation 6:9-11: it describes souls under an altar in heaven, crying out, “How long, Sovereign Lord, holy and true, until you judge the inhabitants of the earth and avenge our blood?”

Through the death of millions of believers in Jesus who missed the Rapture, but later determined to trust in Him, millions more during these final three and one half years, will be saved. Even though they knew that their trust in Jesus would result in the antichrist beheading them, they would not deny Him. In Revelation 5, the people who are saved during the Great Tribulation and are killed, they are seen under the altar of God in heaven. They want to know “how long before Jesus avenges their death.” He tells them to wait a little while longer while the rest of their members still on earth will also be killed for their testimony and join them in heaven.

For the person who loves and trusts in Jesus, there is no real death. The death of the body sets the eternal spirit God created in that body free. Those who decide to turn from their sins and trust in Jesus will live forever in a new, perfect, glorified body, in a perfect world where there is no evil, sickness, suffering, or death.

When The Time of Their Witness Was Concluded, They Were Killed And Taken To Heaven

There is an interesting statement in the Book of Revelation that describes two witnesses (Moses and Elijah, above) that God will send to the Earth during the last three and a half years of the Great Tribulation:

Revelation 11:7 “When they finish their testimony, the beast that ascends out of the bottomless pit will make war against them, overcome them, and kill them.”

During the time of the seven-year Tribulation, God will not be without witnesses to call people to repentance from their sins and to trust in Jesus as their Savior. Even during the reign of the beast who will kill and oppress every believer on earth who decides to trust in Jesus, God will proclaim His eternal Gospel of Salvation by many witnesses.

  1. Revelation 4:1-4: The witness of Jesus’ church removed from Earth, declaring everything written about Jesus is true.
  2. Revelation 7:4: The witness of 144,000 young Jewish men who are dispatched to witness about Jesus.
  3. Revelation 8:13: The witness of the angel flying over the earth proclaiming salvation in Jesus.
  4. Revelation 11:7 Moses and Elijah were sent to witness that Jesus is the Messiah, the Savior.

These two witnesses that God will send to Earth during the last three and one-half years of the Great Tribulation, when they finish their testimony, they will be killed for their witness about Jesus. Three days later, God will raise them to life and take them to heaven.

Charlie Kirk finished his witness for Jesus, he was killed for his testimony about the Lord. At the moment of his death Charlie was taken to heaven where he will be with Jesus forever. It looks as though the Rapture of Jesus Church may be just two weeks after Charlie’s death, based on the events we see happening all over the world right now. Charlie will meet his beautiful wife and children in the air with all of us who love Jesus.

Why The Rapture Is Called: No Man Knows The Day or the Hour;

Understanding the Time and Season that we now live in, the witness of Charlie Kirk for Jesus in these last of the Last Days has great significance.

Just as God responded to my generation when people prayed and asked the Holy Spirit to draw many millions to Jesus in the ’60s and ’70s during the “Jesus People Movement,” it appears that He is doing the same now through the witness of Charlie Kirk. The death of this great young witness for Jesus will produce many millions of others who will continue his work.

We live during the final days of the present earth, a time when Jesus will soon return for His church, and the time of Tribulation Jesus described will commence. I have to believe that Charlie was sent to this final generation of young people to bring them to Jesus before He returns for His church, and the time of Tribulation begins.

During the seven-year Tribulation described by Jesus and the Book of Revelation, two-thirds of the people on earth will die by 21 judgments from God. Seven Seals, Seven Trumpets, Seven Bowl Judgements. We are living during the time of the final Harvest that Jesus said would take place between His fulfillment of the Fourth Feast of the Lord, Pentecost, and the Fifth Feast of the Lord, Trumpets.

UPDATE: Monday, September 15, 2025

This morning an interesting event happened. I heard the Holy Spirit say to me, “open your Bible…” I asked to Spirit to speak to me from the exact place my Bible opens to. I took my Bible in my hand and opened it to the following text:

The text reads:

Malachi 4 The Coming Day of Judgment

1 The LORD of Heaven’s Armies says, “The day of judgment is coming, burning like a furnace. On that day the arrogant and the wicked will be burned up like straw. They will be consumed—roots, branches, and all.
2 “But for you who fear my name, the Sun of Righteousness will rise with healing in his wings. And you will go free, leaping with joy like calves let out to pasture. 3 On the day when I act, you will tread upon the wicked as if they were dust under your feet,” says the LORD of Heaven’s Armies.
4 “Remember to obey the Law of Moses, my servant—all the decrees and regulations that I gave him on Mount Sinai for all Israel.
5 “Look, I am sending you the prophet Elijah before the great and dreadful day of the LORD arrives. 6 His preaching will turn the hearts of fathers to their children, and the hearts of children to their fathers. Otherwise I will come and strike the land with a curse.”

I said, “Lord speak to me about these recent events that concern Charlie Kirk, and the approaching Feast of Trumpets, the Rapture of your church.

The text I opened from Malachi 4 is titled: “The Coming Day of Judgment.” What day is Malachi speaking of: The Seven Year Tribulation.

Who does Malachi reference that will make an appearance before the Tribulation begins? Elijah.

When John the Baptist began his witness of Jesus as the Messiah whom all the prophets predicted, Jesus said that John was “Elijah who is to come.”

It is possible that Charlie Kirk was sent to us, this generation, for the same purpose: To declare that Jesus is returning for His church. Notice what the cry of Elijah is, the same cry of Charlie Kirk:

“His preaching will turn the hearts of fathers to their children, and the hearts of children to their fathers”

See my new books about these final days:Days of Wrath: The Final Sign

We can thank the Lord and rejoice that Charlie was brought to this last generation of young people and that, perhaps, millions of young people will be saved and meet Jesus in the air with all of us who love Him and eagerly await His return for us.

  2. Mr Robinson, this evening I was watching some news about Charlie Kirk, I heard them mention his death was at 12:23pm MT, confirmed by multiple sources. I have no idea why, I assume just a feeling or nudge by the Holy Spirit? But I was compelled to review Bible verses with a similar chapter and verse, something I rarely if ever do–I personally have not been studying the Bible or making it a priority in my life, to my own dismay, because I do have a deep and personal relationship with Christ. My search was quick, I landed on John 12:23, ““Jesus replied, ‘The hour has come for the Son of Man to be glorified.’” (NIV)

This is literally a turning point where Jesus announces that His path to glory (through the cross) has arrived. I then began searching theological research and sites, and was brought to your page first with the simple search criteria on Google “charlie kirk John 12:23” – I wasn’t looking for anything regarding the end-times, except obviously these days every Christian feels a murmur or change in the wind, and I am no different.

I have no clue what it could mean, and I am not positing it does mean anything at all. After reading your article here, I just had to share this moment with you.

    • Thank you for sharing these facts of the scriptures. There are no accidents or coincidences in the Bible.

I believe what you discovered is a further proof that Jesus is returning to fulfill His promise.

I also had this thought about the time when. Charlie died, and believed there must be some significance to that time.

Blessings to you dear friend. Our Lord is coming for us.

  3. Thank you Rob for honoring and the acknowledgement of Charlie. My 6 grandchildren ages 30 to 20 all followed him, listened to podcasts and believed in his mission and opened me up to being a TPSA donor. They have been horrified by what happened but they also revel in the fact he is today walking with Jesus and the other saints in Heaven. They also know that their own voices will not be silenced by the evilness of this world. Just like the millions of believers who died for their faith like Charlie they went to his arms already knowing the war was won at the cross of Jesus over 2000 years ago. My prayer is for a million of Gen X and Gen Z to step up to the microphone now!
